Mamma'S Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground round beef
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. Progresso Italian breadcrumbs
    1 tsp. hot red pepper flakes (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together until thoroughly blended.
    Shape into golf ball size meatballs.
    Place onto a greased pan into an oven preheated to 350\u00b0.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
    Remove them from the pan and put them in your favorite red pasta sauce.
    Let simmer for 2 hours on low heat.
    Serve with pasta.
    Not recommended for cooking ahead and/or freezing.
    Serves 4 to 6.
