Flour Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. shortening or lard
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Mix together in bowl; flour, salt, baking powder; then add shortening.
    Mix well.
    Add 1/2 cup boiling water; knead.
    Add the other 1/2 cup boiling water, knead until it's smooth enough to roll out.
    Keep in one big ball of dough; then make from dough form the size of golf balls.
    Roll out.
    Cook at low to medium heat on a griddle or skillet, turn until done.
