Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sliced carrots, steamed or 2 (16 oz.) cans
    4 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Drain carrots and combine all ingredients except sugar and butter.
    Grease a 1-quart casserole dish and add ingredients. Sprinkle sugar and butter on top and cover.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
