Irish Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 egg and enough milk to make 1 c.
1 c. milk
1/3 c. oil
1 to 1 1/2 c. raisins
caraway seed (optional)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Put in 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
