Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Aunt Jemima corn meal mix
    3/4 tsp. soda
    3/4 c. cooking oil
    1 can cream-style corn
    3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 eggs
    1 onion, chopped
    4 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour into pan greased with oil.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
