Ingredients

1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
3 t vanilla
2 cups brown sugar
1/4 t salt
2 t baking powder
3 cups flour
2 cups chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar. Add two whole eggs and yolks of other 2 eggs (save white for icing). Sift in dry ingredients and mix. Add vanilla. Grease and flour 9 X 12 inch pan. Pour batter into pan. Add chopped pecans on top of batter.
