Sauerkraut Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    2 c. sauerkraut
    1 c. oatmeal
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix first 8 ingredients; mold into meatballs and brown in oil. Mix sugar, water and vinegar; pour over meatballs. Simmer for 30 to 45 minutes.
