Easy Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger or beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 stalk celery
    1 lb. can stewed tomatoes
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    3 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper
    15 oz. can kidney beans (undrained)
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion and celery; drain.
    Add rest of ingredients but beans.
    Cover and simmer 40 minutes.
    Add beans and simmer again.
    May add tomato paste, water and a dash of sugar to taste. Makes 6 servings.
