Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. flaked coconut
1 German chocolate cake mix
3 eggs
1/3 c. Crisco oil
1 1/3 c. water
1 stick margarine
1 box 10x sugar
Preparation

Spray 13 x 9-inch pan with Pam.
Spread nuts and coconut in pan.
Mix cake mix with eggs, water and oil.
Pour over coconut. Heat cream cheese, margarine and sugar.
Pour over cake mix.
Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
