Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    6 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    3 eggs
    1 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    In a 13 x 9-inch pan, over very low heat, melt margarine. Whisk in salt, baking powder and flour.
    Mix egg and milk; add to mixture.
    Mix well.
    Stir in cheeses, spinach and onion.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Cut into small squares.
