Deer Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. deer meat
    2 1/2 Tbsp. onion powder
    3 Tbsp. seasoning salt
    6 Tbsp. liquid smoke (hickory)
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. Accent
    1/2 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cut meat into long strips.
    Place all ingredients in a tightly covered container.
    Marinate overnight.
    Hang on top rack of oven rack with toothpicks.
    Bake at 200\u00b0 for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
    Line bottom of oven with foil for easy cleanup.
