Fisherman Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. plain flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. Blue cheese dressing
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 lb. fish, cut up
    1 pkg. frozen thawed shrimp
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. buttermilk biscuits
Preparation
    In skillet melt butter; cook celery, green pepper and onion. Blend in flour until smooth; gradually add milk, stirring until thick.
    Add Blue cheese dressing, pimentos, salt and pepper.
    Add fish and shrimp.
    Pour in greased casserole.
    Bake 15 minutes. Arrange biscuits on top.
    Bake 10 minutes more or until biscuits are golden brown.
