Fried Apple Slices - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large Delicious apples
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Core apples, leaving skin on.
    Cut into rings.
    In large skillet, melt the butter.
    Add the apple slices and cook for about 3 minutes per side or until slightly browned.
    (Cook in batches.) Combine the sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over cooked apples. Serves 4.
