Microwave Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. potatoes, cut in 1/4-inch slices
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 tsp. instant beef bouillon
1/2 c. shredded cheese
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Put all ingredients in 8-inch round dish and cover with plastic.
Cook on High for 4 minutes.
Stir and cook 4 minutes more.
Combine 1/2 cup shredded cheese, 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese and 1/4 teaspoon paprika.
Sprinkle on top of potatoes. Cook, uncovered, for 2 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
