Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. unprocessed bran
    2 c. Kellogg's All Bran
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 1/4 c. buttermilk
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Soak 2 brans together. Mix and let cool. Beat eggs; add sugar and mix well. Sift together flour, salt and soda. Alternate other ingredients (bran, oil, flour and buttermilk). Mix well. Spoon into paper muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or more.
