Jo-Jo Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 white potatoes, quartered lengthwise (peeled or unpeeled)
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except potatoes.
    Dredge slices in mix or put in plastic bag and shake.
    Place in Pyrex dish.
    Cut up 1 stick margarine over potatoes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
