Pedro'S Special - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
1 large onion, chopped
1 can kidney beans
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 small/medium bag corn chips
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can taco sauce
dash of wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can tomato paste
1 can tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. chili powder or to taste
Preparation

Grease casserole.
Brown meat.
Add onion and garlic and cook until the onion is transparent.
Add tomato sauce and paste, oregano and chili powder.
Place layers of meat sauce alternately with layers of beans and corn chips.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes covered.
Uncover and cook 10 minutes more.
