Cincinnati Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 chopped onions
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    15 oz. tomato sauce
    2 bouillon cubes
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 bay leaf
    4 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 lb. spaghetti noodles
    sour cream
Preparation
    Cook beef (can be made with game meat too) in a large pan. Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water.
    Add bouillon and all other ingredients to pan.
    Bring to a boil and simmer for at least 1/2 hour, the longer the better.
    Cook 2 pounds spaghetti noodles. Serve chili on top of noodles, topping with some sour cream.
