Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 (6 to 8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 can mushrooms
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken
    2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
Preparation
    Mix together the first 3 ingredients; place in Pyrex dish. Parboil the chicken and place on top of mixture.
    Prepare the stuffing as directed and put on top of chicken in Pyrex dish. Bake, covered, at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes, or until bubbly.
