Diet Toast Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. fresh or frozen fruit (defrost if frozen)
    2 c. water
    5 pkg. Equal or 3 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
    1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
Preparation
    Combine fruit and water in saucepan.
    Bring to boil.
    Continue to boil for 3 minutes.
    Add artificial sweetener and gelatin. Stir and cook for an additional minute.
    Remove from heat and cool before storing.
    Refrigerate as soon as cooled.
