Russian Tea Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. melted oleo
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix oleo, sugar and vanilla good. Sift flour and salt together.
Add nuts.
Mix well.
Chill dough. Roll into balls the size of walnuts.
Bake on ungreased baking sheets at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes; not too brown. While still warm, roll in powdered sugar. When cool, roll again in powdered sugar.
