Potato Pudding (Kugel)(Makes 8 To 10 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes (6 c.)
    butter or margarine
    2 c. chopped onion
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 eggs, beaten
    sour cream
Preparation
    Peel potatoes; grate, using coarse grater.
    Turn into colander; place in a large bowl so excess liquid will drain off. There should be 6 cups drained potatoes.
