Beef Liver And Onions - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. liver
flour
salt and pepper
1/4 c. bacon drippings
4 c. sliced onions
1/4 c. bacon drippings
Preparation
-
Dredge liver with mixed flour, salt and pepper.
Heat 1/4 cup bacon drippings; brown liver in it quickly on both sides.
Remove to hot platter and keep warm.
