Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 qt. water
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 1/2 c. cubed potatoes
    20 oz. frozen broccoli
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    salt and red pepper to taste
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook bouillon, water, onions and celery for 20 minutes.
    Add potatoes and broccoli; cook for 30 more minutes, then add soup. Cut cheese into squares, then add.
    Simmer until cheese is melted. Add salt and pepper to taste.
