Oven Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. pork ribs
1 c. tomato juice
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1/3 c. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 medium onion, minced
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 c. catsup
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
-
To pork ribs, add water to 3/4 cover ribs.
Cover and cook until tender, about 1 1/2 hours.
Drain and place in a shallow baking pan.
