Crisp Crusted Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boned chicken breasts
1 egg
1 c. instant potato flakes
1 c. margarine
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Beat egg and milk in bowl; set aside.
Mix potatoes, garlic and cheese.
Dip chicken in egg and milk, then in potato mixture. Place chicken in baking dish.
Top with melted margarine.
Bake for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
