Overnite Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can English peas, drained
    1 (No. 2) can cut green beans, drained
    1 (No. 2) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 c. celery, diced
    1/2 c. green bell pepper, diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 jar pimento, diced
    salt to taste
    1 1/4 c. white sugar
    1 c. vinegar (apple cider vinegar)
    1/2 c. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Pour over drained vegetables.
    Chill for 24 hours.
    Serves 15.
