Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. yellow squash, cooked
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 carrot, grated (optional)
    1 medium size onion, chopped
    Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing
    salt and pepper to suit taste
Preparation
    Drain squash and mash.
    Add soup, sour cream, carrot, onion, salt and pepper.
    Lightly grease casserole dish with margarine. Layer stuffing and squash mixture alternately with stuffing on bottom and top.
    Dot with margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
