Diabetic Beefy V-8 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. beef round steak with fat removed, divided in 2 portions
1/4 tsp. salt substitute
1/4 tsp. chili powder
6 oz. V-8 juice or tomato juice
Preparation

Place meat on large piece of foil and set in glass baking dish.
Sprinkle salt substitute and chili powder over meat; pour V-8 juice over meat.
Fold foil over meat and crimp edges to seal. Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes or until done to your taste. Yields 2 servings.
