Tex Foley'S Cowboy Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 (13 oz.) can Spanish rice
    1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
Preparation
    In a large soup pot, brown the ground beef and onion.
    Add the remaining ingredients.
    Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
    Serves 6.
