Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. salad oil
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. finely grated zucchini
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon into a bowl.
    Combine oil, sugar and eggs in a mixing bowl; beat well.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Mix until well blended.
    Stir in zucchini, vanilla and nuts.
    Spoon batter into a lightly greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 1 hour or until done.
