Texas Straw Hats - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger meat
1 onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
3 to 4 stalks celery, diced
1 (14 oz.) can tomato paste
2 (14 oz.) cans water
2 to 3 Tbsp. chili powder
2 to 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown and drain hamburger meat.
Saute onion, bell pepper and celery just until clear and slightly crisp.
Combine hamburger and sauteed vegetables in large pot.
Add tomato paste, water, chili powder, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Simmer 30 minutes.
