Marci'S Fresh Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tomatoes
    1 small white onion
    1 stalk celery
    1 small green pepper
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped green chiles
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1/2 to 1 tsp. coriander
    1 tsp. salt
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Peel tomatoes and finely chop.
    Finely dice onion, celery and green pepper.
    Stir all ingredients together.
    Cover and chill several hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
