Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. four
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 jars junior size baby food carrots
    1 1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    nuts and raisins (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients, carrots and oil.
    Add nuts and raisins. Add eggs last.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until tests done.
