Carrot-Bacon Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. carrots
    3 slices bacon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. parsley
Preparation
    Prepare and cook shredded carrots.
    Fry bacon in skillet until crisp.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Drain fat, reserving two tablespoons.
    Stir carrots, salt and pepper into fat in skillet. Heat through.
    Crumble bacon and sprinkle bacon and parsley over carrots.
    Serves 5 to 6.
