Sally Lunn(Traditional Bread) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. melted shortening
    2 eggs, separated
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
    Combine beaten egg yolks and milk.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Stir until mixed; add shortening.
    Fold in beaten egg whites (make sure they are stiff). Put in greased 9-inch square pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
