Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    4 oz. grated cheese
    1 c. crushed cornflakes
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter.
    Add hash browns, mushroom soup, 1/2 pint sour cream, 1 teaspoon salt and pepper.
    Pour in a square dish.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Mix cornflakes with butter and sprinkle on top of cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until brown on top.
