Apple Crumb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 7 tart apples
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. sugar (topping)
    3/4 c. flour
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Pare apples and cut in eighths.
    Arrange in pie shell. Combine 1/2 cup sugar and the cinnamon; sprinkle over apples. Combine 1/2 cup sugar with flour; cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
