Tangy Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    2 tsp. curry powder
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Mix crumbs, milk, salt, onion and curry powder.
    Add beef and blend thoroughly.
    Shape mixture into 36 (1-inch) balls.
    Arrange balls in a double circle on a round microwave plate.
    Cover with wax paper.
    Cook on High for 6 to 8 minutes or until done.
    Rotate dish every 2 minutes.
    Repeat procedure with remaining meatballs.
