Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
1 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. garlic, mashed
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Blend all ingredients, except pecans.
Shape and roll into a ball.
Roll the cheese ball in the pecans.
Serve at room temperature.
May be frozen.
Makes about one 4-inch cheese ball.
