Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
    3/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 (12 oz.) can refried beans
    2 1/2 c. water
    2 1/2 c. thick and chunky salsa
    12 uncooked lasagna noodles
    2 c. dairy sour cream
    3/4 c. chopped green onions
    1/2 c. chopped black olives
    1 c. taco flavored shredded cheese
    1/2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in skillet; drain fat.
    Return meat to skillet and add oregano, cumin, seasoned salt, garlic powder, paprika and taco seasoning mix.
    Stir in refried beans and continue to stir until heated through.
