Easy Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 stick oleo, melted
    1 can onion soup
    1 cut-up frying chicken, seasoned
    1 soup can milk
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Melt oleo and mix with rice.
    Add soups and mix thoroughly. Salt and pepper chicken pieces and place on top of rice and soup mixture which you have put in a large, flat baking dish.
    Bake 1 hour and 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
