Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
    2 beaten eggs
    1 chopped onion
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. nonfat mayonnaise
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/8 c. melted margarine
    1 pkg. stuffing/croutons or cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook broccoli.
    Combine eggs, onion, soup and mayonnaise. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Layer broccoli, Cheddar cheese and sauce.
    Top with croutons or cracker crumbs with margarine sprinkled over.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 8.
