Fried Liver And Bacon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. calf's liver or sheep's liver or lamb's liver
    1/4 lb. rashers (bacon strips)
    2 tsp. seasoned flour
    parsley
Preparation
    Remove rind from bacon strips.
    Place in frying pan and cook quickly, turning frequently.
    Cook until the fat is clear.
    Lift onto a hot dish and keep hot.
    Cut liver into slices (1/2-inch thick) and coat with seasoned flour.
    Fry liver on pan, in bacon fat.
    Fry quickly on both sides (1 to 2 minutes).
    Lift onto a hot dish and serve with fried bacon strips.
    Garnish with parsley.
