Poor Man'S Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. persimmon pulp
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix
    persimmon\tpulp,
    sugar, flour and eggs.
    Add milk and vanilla; mix well and pour into greased pudding pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
