Caramel Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/4 lb. butter, melted
    1/4 c. milk
    1 box confectioners sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Bring the brown sugar and melted butter to a boil.
    Add the milk
    and
    boil.
    Take off and add the confectioners sugar and vanilla.
    Stir.
    Spread on cake while icing is hot.
    If it gets hard, put in a small amount of warm water.
