Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 large onion, diced
    8 diced potatoes (medium)
    2 Tbsp. grated carrot
    1 stick butter or margarine
    8 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In soup pot, saute celery and onion.
    Add potatoes and carrot. Just cover with water and boil until potatoes are tender.
