Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    6 to 8 pared, sliced potatoes
    1/2 c. Minute rice
    1 large can tomatoes
    grated onion to taste
Preparation
    Lightly grease a 2-quart casserole dish with Pam.
    Place 1 layer of potatoes, then sprinkle rice over them, then a layer of raw ground beef.
    Repeat another layer of the 3 ingredients.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover entire casserole with canned tomatoes (not whole) and bake about 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
