Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self rising flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 small box butterscotch instant pudding
    1 small box lemon instant pudding
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    3 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    2 c. pumpkin (one 1 lb. can)
    Nuts, optional
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients; add wet ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour into two well greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Cool and slice.
