Texas Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

To eggs; add flour, salt, milk, chilies and cheese; beat well. Pour into a flat, well greased 8 x 12-inch glass baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 35 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes and cut into tiny squares.
